When will I receive the items after the order?
We provide delivery at every Tuesday to Sunday (9am-6pm), subject to changes if has public holdiay 😊 Orders placed before 2pm can get next day delivery. You can select your preferred date while checking out at www.myfruits.com.my ❤️
Where do you deliver?
We provide delivery 🚚 for all Kuala Lumpur area and selected selangor areas, including Ampang, Batu caves, Balakong, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Subang jaya, Cheras, A Kota damansara, Serdang, Selayang, Setapak, Wangsa Maju. For areas that is not found, please contact our admin at 011 577 55563 before placing any order.
How much do I need to order?
Minimum purchase of RM68 is required.
What are the delivery fee?
We provide free delivery above RM120😊For purchase between RM68-120, delivery fee is RM6 for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas that are under coverage. 🚚 There will be RM8-12 delivery fee for areas like Kajang, Klang, Sg Buloh, Shah Alam, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kota Kemuning
What time do you deliver?
The delivery company will arrange the delivery between 9am – 6pm, any special request on specific time will have a additonal charges of RM10-30.
Can i pick up at your shop?
Yes you can select to pick up at our shop, no charges will be incurred.😄
Can I make special arrangement on the time and date?
Yes you can, additional charges will be required. 💲
What are the modes of payment?
We accept online FPX transfer, debit card, credit card, e-wallet (boost, GrabPay, TouchnGo etc). 😄
How do you ensure freshness of the fruits?
Our farmers will handpick and harvest the farm fresh fruits and deliver to our warehouse on daily basis. From there, our fruits expert will select the Premium Farm Fresh fruits and deliver to your doorstep.
What if the fruits delivered are bruised or damaged?
Upon delivery and checking whereby there are damaged fruits (eg bruisies) on the same day, please snap a picture to us and after successful verification, we will provide one-for-one replacement at the next purchase and delivery. 💪🏻
What are the conditions for the money back guarantee policy
We are unable to provide refund/replacement for the inner condition of the fruits, nor the fruits clearly stated non refundable/exchangeable; and/or fruits that turned bad 1 day after it was delivered.
